Due to being so young, Pericles' personality has yet to be developed. Right now he's your typical baby: naive, clueless, and on Perry's case, curious. He's that kind of baby that will gladly go to a stranger's arms just because they are extended to him. He's also very fond of sleeping at this age. He likes physical contact and is not wary around cats he doesn't know, which might mean he'll be friendly when he's older. He also likes to smile a lot, so who knows? He might end up being optimistic or someone that likes to make jokes and see others smile. Right now, he's a big gray area and you can't know for sure who he will be when he grows up. 

Oh, he also tends to whine and cry when he wants things, just like every other baby. 

Pericles was born in a small litter of two alongside his sister, ---. Scion's owner treasured the cubs dearly, but due to not being a famous merchant yet, he couldn't afford keeping both cubs. He wanted to stay with the female - he had more male cats - but he couldn't tell to who the other cub would be sold. Scion, worried that the cub would be auctioned to someone that would put him into the coliseums, made plans to take the cub to Lightning Empire when he passed by it again with his caravan. He would not rejoin the Empire - he had finally found his peace and happiness with Marcus, his human, and Natalya, his mate - but he thought that would be a good place for his son to grow up... Especially since he had finally understood, if not accepted, that he couldn't control every part of his family's lives and keep them away from danger. 

He was on his way to camp, just entering the plains, when his caravan was attacked. He could see the fight, but Natalya told him to keep going with their son. Scion wanted to go back, but couldn't abandon the tiny cub. Suddenly, out of the bushes, a pair of lynxes appeared, apparently following him and a part of the gang of thieves that wanted to rob Marcus and was attacking his caravan. Without a choice, a scion hid the cub in a place he knew he patrols often patrolled, and fought them off. The battle drove him back to the caravan under attack, but luckily Scion and his friends managed to fend them off. The tiger wanted to go back to the cub, but from his point of view - he could see the plains around him - he saw a small patrol heading towards the place he had hidden his precious cargo. Marcus tugged at him, needing him with the other felines, so Scion had no choice but to go with Natalya and his fellow caravan guards, hoping that the cub would be found. 

He was indeed rescued. The patrol smelled Scion's scent - alongside blood and the lynxes' - and assumed he must have tried to return and something - or rather someone - stopped him. Dehlia did find the cub, however, and with Scion's scent around him and the baby's pelt screaming he was Scion's kin, she took him back to Lightning Empire's camp, alongside news that Scion was not dead. The cub was named Pericles and is currently being nursed by Dehlia. 

Pericles has no armor or items yet!

SO YEAH Scion is officially not coming back to EBC. I do plan on making pictures/writing stories about his meeting with his family, which he will see again one day c: For now everyone in Lightning can at least know he's alive, since his scent led to a caravan that seemed to go towards Massilia... and without a body chances are high that he's live.
